Franny's Moving Kitchen was the perfect touch for food at my son's 21st. All of the guests raved about the great food and great service. They were extremely accommodating too!

The food freshly cooked, delicious, variety of choices and friendly service.

Amazing stuff! We had the pleasure at the Dogs West Open Day. Me and my wife both had the fried chicken burger and it was amazing. Great value for money and highly recommend. If you see these guys at an event, try something!

We waited 45 mins for our order and they approached us that they run out of chicken for the chicken burger, I waited another extra 15 minutes for the new food to arrive. The service is too slow.

Not sure how to rate this but as a feedback.Went to the Harrisdale market last night, not many vendors that tempted our appetite, so we though we pick a number at random to try.The one selected was Franny's Moving Kitchen.Was greeted by a friendly girl taking our order. The food took awhile to come but this was due to the nature of the concept being a BBQ store and plus everything was prepared freshly.After receiving our order, we started eating our BBQ chicken wings and corn cob. About half way through our dish, I noticed something chewy, there was a long strand of plastic in our coleslaw!I went back to speak to the girl at the front but she was absent (might of been on her dinner break), so I decided to approach the chef.I had advised what had happen to our food and he sympathetically apologies and asked if I wanted it replaced where I had declined the offer.I made note to him that this was just a feedback and that they may need to review their food preparation processes in the future, this will minimise further mishaps, as the next person may not be so forgiving.I truly support small businesses in this nature as my parents has been doing to same thing for the last 30 years.For this, I cannot rate the vendor but I can say that they are quick to act to compensate which is more than I can say for some of the restaurants I have been to.Until we meet again, all the best on their future endeavours.
