I’ve been at Joondalup Silk Laser for a few years now and I will say I have been happy with my treatments so far. What I have been disappointed in is their customer service. I went in for an appointment yesterday and the receptionist didn’t sign me in, just sent me to the back room and I had to wait half an hour to have my appointment with other customers who arrived after me getting treated before me. This has happened in the past too just not as bad as this time.

Absolutely love coming to this clinic ,I have hair removal laser I am always made to feel very comfortable during treatment.I have also had some injectables anti wrinkly and my lips filled they look amazing highly recommend this clinic.

Disgusting service i was 10 minutes late trying to find the shop i informed the ladies on the phone already and as i walked in they refused to do the treatments on me. I drove 1 hour and they didn’t seem to care. They also told me that i need to buy a kit for aftercare and if i don’t buy it they can’t use strong setting on my skin. Ridiculous, this is what scammers look like and trying to make money and take advantage of people.
