Always happy when I visit Poolside, they are genuinely helpful and very knowledgeable about pool and SPA maintenance, if you need advice or pool/spa supplies and accessories I would definately recommend poolside Frankston.

An old fashioned pool shop that doesn't try to fleece you for your last cent. Have tried a few other pool shops in Frankston / Mornington Region, and keep coming back to this one. Just a happy customer

Poolside Frankston, really know what they are talking about. I went in for a basket that was from bunnings, they figured out in 30 seconds what type of basket i had. They even had it in stock and now it works perfectly.Keep up the great work guys⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Helpful and don’t try to over sell you chemicals just what you actually need

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. I was using another company for doing my testing and it was costing a fortune and taking nearly all weekend. We nearly took the spa out. Was recommended this shop and have not looked back since. ALL staff (including Jeff the owner) could not be anymore helpful. Remember you are paying for their expertise not just walking ing and picking a chemical off the shelf.Keep up the great work!

I was in the market for a good Heat pump, and after struggling to get good advice or help from other Pool retailers, I came across Jeff from Poolside Frankston. Jeff gave me some honest advice on what I could really expect in terms of pool usability instead of the usual 'swim all year round' sales pitch I was getting from everyone else. He spent a lot of time coming to my house to confirm exactly what could be done, and once we agreed an order, he arranged for prompt installation and I haven't looked back. Great advice, great technicians and as they were so good, I replaced my filter and chlorinator as my whole pool system was quite aging. It was refreshing to get such good advice and service, and I would recommend Poolside Frankston to anyone. It will be the only place I buy from in the future.
