Click and collect is horrible. No separate queue after waiting for 10 mins, I was asked to join the normal queue. Really bad management. Other JB hi fi stores are far better.

I've never had issues at this store before the staff are great. But i bought a phone from Them a s23 ultra for 2000 dollars and i was having issues with the phone breaking up during calls. They told me that they need to replicate the issue to replace the phone even though the phone was less than 24-hours old it's obviously the manager told me that to call them when the issue happens but if I'm on a call how am I supposed to call them.The other option was to take the phone to Samsung. If you're reading this and your deciding to buy a mobile phone go to Officeworks it is the same price and if you have an issue with the item they were replace it with a brand new one within 30 days

VERY GOOD! Visited the store on Boxing day and picked up a 2TB USB I believed it was $89.00 when I was purchasing it, they ended up only charging my $79.00 :D the customer service agent was so sweet too! Highly recommend!

Generally good at this location. Pricematching not usually any issue. It is a smaller store and does not quite have the range of Parra but you don't have to deal with the crowds there.

Mohammad went above and beyond today with his customer service whilst I was purchasing iphone 14 pro max and its accessories. Absolute delight and placed the phone protectors on my phone perfectly. Thank you Mohammad for you kind and polite service!

I’m no longer buying anything from this store. Today I bought a dvd the case was broken inside discs falling out everywhere and middle part that holds the 2 middle discs is also broken and the holder in the middle of the discs was also broken so all discs were loose. This was suppose to be a new sealed item… my brother also purchased stacks of anime dvds from this place one (which are very expensive) including disc 4 season 8 of Dragonball z and 2 episodes froze and do not allow to next the episode and does not play at all also was also suppose to be brand new. This is absolutely disgusting as we payed heaps of money worth of items here in total and they are all suppose to be brand new… also please hire staff that actually know the products or are happy to help today a lady at the register was quite rude and her attitude was appalling when there was 2 editions of a game (which I wasn’t aware of) and she said didn’t know the difference between the two editions and gave bad attitude like she didn’t want to help she eventually called someone who was very helpful and lovely. It was because of that nice lady that came to help me understand the differences between the two game versions that I actually purchased the products today but I won’t ever be buying from this store again.

Really pathetic experience at this store, i went there 2 times to buy an apple adapter, they did’t had the stock on store. 3rd time i placed a pickup order, after 10 days i recieved a message your product is at store, when i went there , they said we don’t have product, it was by mistake.Pathetic service and store management.

I have purchased mobile and head phone.when is problem phones camera they fixed in 2-3 weeks. I purchased Sony ear phones 2 years still working without any issues. When you visit them for sny repair ensure that you have receipt with you. They are accepting service NSW coupons. You can purchase tab for your kids.

I am dissatisfied with the customer service, I bought a Marshall's minor 3 earpods and I dropped the Marshall earpods and lost the both ear cushions. Customer service said they can't replace or provide the replacement ear cushions. Also, they said there are generic ear cushions available and have to buy it. The JB hi-fi staff claimed that no warranty claims on lost items. In this case, it's damaged goods rather than lost item. I asked the staff to show the JB Hifi policy on lost goods. No answer. Instead they are recommending me to get the ear cushions from Marshall website. I bought the Marshall Minor 3 from JB-Hifi, why would I message the Marshall?I, however wanted to buy the generic ear cushions. The staff over there pretended to help me and got me out of the register. After moving away from the queue, the staff says that these ear cushions are out of stock.I am not against anyone. I felt like the staff were not knowledgeable and kind enough to care for customer.
