Ideal Physiotherapy + Pilates
I first saw Kirby back in July as I was experiencing back pain and upper leg pain when running. My goal was to get to run up to 8-10 KM as part of my exercise routine especially with the lockdown and gyms closed however, I could barely run 2-3 KM. Kirby was amazing with the treatment provided and exercise plans given to me, that coupled with my commitment to the exercise plans has seen me soar to running my first ½ Marathon this Sunday something I’d never thought I could do. Kirby’s advice has been hit the target areas and identified a root cause behind my pain which will require further treatment – Massive thanks Kirby could not have made this progress without your amazing support!!!

Awesome clinicians - Cassie is amazing for Remedial Massage, and the Clinical Pilates and Reformer classes are challenging and targeted to your needs. Ideal Physio have helped rehab 2 injuries so far, and get me back in shape! Dijana and her team bend over backwards to ensure your health is in top shape and are super friendly too! No ego, just great healthcare.

Reformer pilates classes have been great here. The physios running the classes make sure everyone is working at the right level, but are also mindful of challenging us too. The studios are clean and the instructors are all professional and caring. Highly recommended.

Ideal Physiotherapy + Pilates
My gym didn’t survive all the lockdowns and I was looking for a replacement. Pilates has fitted the bill perfectly. My shoulder which has been giving me trouble for over a year is now moving much more easily and only after 13 sessions. Rebecca has been brilliant, patient and at times challenging. A great work out under the care of a professional.

Can’t recommend Ideal Physiotherapy + Pilates enough. Physiotherapist Georgia has helped me navigate my recovery from an injury and I think may have converted me to reformer pilates. Georgia is relaxed, easy going, up for a laugh and most importantly a very knowledgeable Physiotherapist. Whether you need physiotherapy to recover from an injury or want to try pilates out, I defiantly say give these guys a go.

Unhelpful customer service. After finding online that Ideal Physio is a stockist of Archies footwear, I went in to check sizes and ordered a pair, leaving my name and contact mobile. After 2 weeks with no contact I went in to check. My order hadnt been processed and when Iasked for the order to be placed again, the team member refused saying that they had received a supply and wouldn't order again until the current stock was sold down . Very poor.

They have continued to provide services including face to face (when possible), smaller classes, zoom classes and one on one zoom consultations. They are always reliable and do it with a smile and can do attitude". I have actually attended more in lockdown than I did previously."

The best Pilates classes and Physiotherapists! I’ve been coming here for ongoing migraine and neck/shoulder issues and my quality of life has improved so much. The classes are fun and engaging and the clinical sessions are really tailored to suit individual needs. Physio treatments actually help you feel better, instead of having to come back 10 times to see any results. Big thanks to the team!

Love my Pilates classes with Kirby.i have a back injury and my classes are very well tailored to my injury.Also see Cassie for remedial massages. Lovely ladies, so professional and experienced. My improvements have impressed by specialist.
