Absolutely a delight from start to finish. Amazing quality tree with great service that started when I bought it, with accurate tracking of the tree on the delivery day and then dropped off by the lovely Monty with a smile on his face. We normally go and cut our own tree but with service like this I can’t see us doing it again. Truly recommend

This is my first time getting my Christmas tree from them. The delivery prior to Christmas was awesome and the elf that delivered my tree was friendly, patient and helpful! I requested for a narrower tree so that it won’t block the passageway. He went through the trees available in the truck to find me the perfect one! I was already super impressed with the service and wanted to give a 5 stars review immediately but decided to wait till collection is done. Tree was collected today within the designated time frame. I purchased trees from another company previously and it was horrific. Late delivery, late collection, terrible customer service and an out of shape tree! I’m so glad I found the Real Christmas Tree Elves! The tracking service is a gem as it allowed me to plan my day. Definitely will be getting my tree again from them this year! Awesome work, Elves!!

This is my second year my wife and I have ordered a tree from Real Christmas Tree Elves and our experience keeps getting better! :)Ordering is super easy, they give you live tracking as to how far away your delivery is, and when the delivery person arrives (in this case we had a lovely gentleman named Monty) they are always so helpful and happy to do all the work and give tips and advice for keeping your tree fresh for the holiday season.Our house smells like Christmas!We will continue using this business as it is always a perfect experience :)

Gorgeous quality tree, much bigger than I was expecting (I ordered a 7ft but it’s over 8ft) and the service from Sho was excellent! Despite having 30 deliveries, he took his time installing and offered post installation help/questions. No delivery fee, no installation fee and tree was WAY cheaper than other Xmas tree providers, like half the price!! This is a business where customer service is paramount. Highly recommend and will order again next year. Thank you!!

The online ordering process as well as the real-time delivery updates were great. Our office building in the Melbourne CBD is quite difficult to navigate, but our Real Christmas Tree Delivery Elf, Arjun delivered our tree with a smile and with great friendly service. The tree also smells amazing! Thank you!

Customer satisfaction is clearly a top priority. We were unhappy with the first tree that was delivered, however after a phone call a new tree was delivered within 1/2hr; the new tree was beautiful & exactly what we expected when placing the order. Customer service was outstanding from Jeremy who we spoke with on the phone to Monty who went above and beyond when delivering it. Will definitely be ordering from here again.
