I can’t recommend Ellen and Mick enough. Ellen will work hard on getting you back up and moving around and Mick is so dedicated to his job that I keep coming back to do his Physio class each week.

Pip Windsor your an absolute legend! My mum has been suffering from severe hyperventilating for 2yrs. She has been through doctor after doctor who have only offered pharmaceutical drugs and referred her to the wrong places with no result. AFTER seeing you one time she is noticeably better!!! From my family and I we wanted to say thanks publicly. Keep up the good work with her, this means more than words can express.

What a beautiful studio, light and breezy with a lovely warm, calm atmosphere. Delightful instructor, great quality facilitis and tools and very professional and organised systems.I have done a few Yen Yoga classess and absolutely loved them. I will be back.Thankyou
