I work in maintenance support for Brandbank group of companies. I have been utilising Doug and his teams services and I can say that I have not been disappointed with their Quality of service, expertise and respons time. We have issued jobs to Urban Connect Electrical from the smallest of scales to large fit outs... for example we utilised this business for our LED conversion in our Seed Heritage store in Macquarie and we are very happy with the finished product. We utilised Urban Connect Electrical to undertake multiple light repairs, install a common area tv as well as hardware for the tv in our head office. Doug was on time, professional and knew what was required to undertake the job at hand.The quote and invoice system is efficient and easy to understand.We also use Urban Connect Electrical on some of the buildings under our management.Happy to recommend.

Doug is absolutely marvellous. He arrives on time, explains the process of what needs to be done, gives you a quick tutorial on the fault that has occurred and how he will fix it and then fixes it! He is exceptionally well mannered, professional and engaging. He is also reasonably priced and transparent when it comes to pricing and quoting on jobs. He is also very knowledgeable but humble at the same time. I couldn't recommend him enough. Thanks Doug for diagnosing and fixing my electrical gremlins in my Victorian unit.
