I had to get on here ASAP to thank the legend that is dave collins for making me the most beautiful engagement ring I have ever seen. My partner worked with him for months to create the perfect ring, and I had no idea. Best surprise ever! We went in recently to get it resized and to also get our beloved dog's brass tag made into a necklace. He had recently passed away in a tragic accident and Dave was so helpful and caring. I cannot speak highly enough of his work and him as a person. Thanks so much dave!

Excellent service, beautiful shop and reasonably priced. David is lovely to talk to and is truly an artist with his craft.

I purchased a handmade $2500 custom made ring from David Collins Jeweller in bangalow. He used the wrong material the first time I ordered and therefore it was not ready for my sons birthday! and within 9 months the stones are falling out of the ring! He has told me when I went back to talk with him that it was not his fault or problem, and that I have “smashed the DIAMOND out of the ring” and he will not be helping me fix it. He also told me it was a machine made ring so it is impossible to have imperfections when we paid for a hand made! Extreme rude customer service and poor quality workmenship. DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!

David is fantastic!I was a first timer when it came to engagement rings and David was very helpful with the whole process. He definitely made me feel more at ease in the ring designing process his expertise in the industry. His expertise is very evident in the quality and craftsmanship of his work. Man, can he make BEAUTIFUL jewellery! This final product was fantastic !! I really liked the design that he laid out on paper, but I loved it more in real life.From a customer perspective, he ticked all the right boxes. He communicated design processes and where he was up to in the build process as I wasn't always able to get to his shop within hours. He even invited me in to see a few steps of the ring being made. He expressed ideas and designs to me and what materials would suit my budget, which was create for me being a complete newbie.My partner and I have been so happy with Davids work we have gone back to him to start designing wedding rings.Highly recommend David Collins.

David collins is an absolute joy to deal with and to have in our community. Being a pensioner, i can really only admire his beautiful designs and craftsmanship but despite the prestigious nature of his business, david is never too busy nor too snooty to swap a battery in a watch or fix a link in an old chain for which he does not charge a fortune. David posesses a rare combination of true talent one might find in a Paris atelier with the modest and humble nature of an Australian country boy. Clearly, David takes great pride in his work and great care in his customer relations. Moreover, and very importantly, he tells a bloody good joke!
