Nick was amazing! He was recommended by a good friend of mine who have been using him for years. I messaged him in the morning and he came by midday. He came in for a regular pest control spray, ended up inspecting my foundation and found termites. He came back the same afternoon and sprayed my whole crawl space. Seriously could not recommend him enough for his professionalism and quick service on getting the job done on such short notice.

Find another company. We had our home treated for cockroaches because the elecctrical board in our Miele dishwasher was destroyed by these pests. We expected to see dead cockroaches after a few days. It was a few weeks before we saw 2 dead roaches. The fifth week we saw the odd baby roach in the bathroom. This became increasingly worse. I called Platinum on 17 Feb 2023 and left a message. The man who returned my call was dismissive. Not interested. Our home was treated mid December 2022 . Some 8 weeks after treating these pests, we now have an infestation of baby cockroaches. Platinum advertise on true local by which they annouce the following,6 Months Job Guarantee for all work done.

Nick was very friendly and had great communication. He was punctual and came and got job done no time wasting. He was very informative and good to explain. We have not had any return of roaches so would definitely recommend.
