I had ordered a small part for my bathroom from a local company in Adelaide and was told it would take a couple of weeks to arrive as it had to be transported by 'ship' from Germany. A couple of months later I have no part. Found Sydney Tap and Bathroomware online and within 5 days the part was ordered and delivered to my door. Their phone manner and customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend their services.

I needed the full-flush button for a Valsir toilet. I called and was told I had to purchase the full unit for $115. I admit it was my own fault for trusting this company and not doing my own homework at the time. I have now found out the information given was incorrect and the price they charged was inflated. Do your homework before purchasing from this outfit.

I am so pleased I stumbled across Sydney Tap and Bathroomware whilst renovating our home. From the initial phone call the customer service was outstanding. I dealt with Dominic who was patient and helpful answering my many questions and offering advice on product choices for vanities, taps, shower roses, shaving cabinets, toilets etc.Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this family business.

I ordered a Villeroy and Boch toilet seat on 22 December knowing that Sydeny Tap and Bathroomware was having a Christmas break. I expected the order to be processed after the holiday. However, the team did a rapid turnaround and the product was delivered on Christmas Eve - great customer service!

Ordered a part online as we are in lockdown, that led to another issue that Ryan identified and helped me with via email. Am so impressed with his patience in working through the problem with me and sending me videos to guide me through, as well as liaising with the parts manufacturer on my behalf. I am happy to say I successfully did the job which would have been impossible without him. Best customer care and service ever!

They responded to my email query within 15 minutes and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They had the plug I was looking for in stock and the whole process was easy and efficient. This company is superb and I wholeheartedly recommend them. I approached 7 companies in Sydney and Canberra and Sydney Tap and Bathroomware were clear winners. Dominic listened to what I was asking for and responded fast with what I wanted. The other companies said there were issues with supply of the Hansgrohe and Caroma items. Sydney Tap and Bathroomware could supply them. The other companies needed at least a month to supply all of the items. Sydney Tap and Bathroomware shipped all items three days after order when I asked for them. Sydney Tap and Bathroomware found errors in my list of items and bought them to my attention. The other companies just quoted them. Dominic personally inspected the bath and basins prior to shipment. It was just easy and simple and no hassles with Dominic. Give them a go. I'm glad I did!
