JAE were above expectations. Their staff, both those on site and in the office are very professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Both the on-site and office staff were very empathetic. Their knowledge and skill helped calm a very worried client (Me!!)

I came home on Sunday afternoon to my unit a wash with water, a pipe in the roof had burst so there was water right through my place. Insurance company put me onto Jae HB. Leanne and Paul's team responded within the hour, very professional polite and nothing was too much bother. Very pleased with Jae HB and thanks again for your service.

My first experience with JAE in Hawke's Bay, and I couldn't be happier with Leanne's dedication. I bought a carpet at auction and wanted to get it cleaned. The timeframe wasn't critical, yet Leanne had it organised and cleaned within one day, AND it was three days before Christmas! Thank you so much, the carpet looks amazing and I thought the price was reasonable too :)
