1 star is being generous. Worst agency EVER! Do not sign with these people. I was offered a job through a friend but needed to sign with APS first as they don’t hire casual themselves anymore. I signed up at end of November, did all paperwork required and cleared the medical in December and heard absolutely nothing after that. Calls and emails went unanswered for weeks and was told by the National Manager yesterday 10/01/23 that I was deemed unsuccessful because the Branch Manager in Brisbane no longer worked there and couldn’t get hold of anyone else. Meanwhile, the company I had the job with has been waiting for me to start since the start of December 2022. Absolute joke!!

This agency was good once 2-3yrs ago now it's absolute s-hole, Would not advise anyone to waste their time with this mob make you do a medical and fill out all their forms to only have your time wasted.

Camille Ryan took over from coles after nearly 5 years didn't give me a shift or the decincey to even call me to talk more just not good enough was a great place to work.

Possibly the worst Agency i have ever signed with. Always paying me late. Send me a text about my roster and its wrong. Then send me a txt shortly after to work at some other joint. Do you want me to work at two different places at once ??. Call them up they sound so friendly and so attentive but they just lie to your face over the phone. They honestly dont care, they just lie over the phone. I worked 2 and half months before i got sent any payslips. Which i continued to ask for.

Worst recruitment process I have come across. $49 for Police clearance. $260 for Medical - but you only pay if successful in job. Once their medical is done they still require a cert from your GP to say you're fit for the role.

Terrible company to work for. Over the 13 years I have spent in the workforce, this is the first job I quit after a week. They underpaid me in excess of $400 and did not respond to my phone calls or emails until I threatened legal action. When I received payment 3 weeks later, I was wrongly taxed at the rate of 47% and only received half the money. They also dodge paying overtime and avoid following the EBA for so long as they can get away with it. The vast majority of their workers originate from overseas and likely don't know their rights under Australian law.

Absolutely pathetic, get you to go there, say they will ring you the next day and don't. Then email you 3 days later saying you weren't successful. Advertise jobs that don't exist

Great Agency to work for - The Branch is wonderful to deal with, attentive and ensure the role fits for you and your work/life balance.

They tax me an 11% more than they should on my first payment. They told me first that they can not change it for the next payslips so they will give me back a refund (Sarah). They never gave me anything so after did not answer my emails I called again and Crystal told me that i will receive it from the government when i’ll do my tax refund.So confuse.
