Richard was easy to deal with initially. Ordered a replacement cedar single glaze sliding door, was told wouldn’t be ordered unless paid for up front which was $2400(this was no measuring on site and no delivery). As soon as we oiled the exterior of the door it was obvious it had been damaged and filled with a chunk of cedar and timber filler around, stood out a mile away. Little dents all over the door that needed to be sanded out and the cut outs for the tracks were horrific, wheels don’t run smoothly either. No silicon around glass so leaked immediately through exterior into interior under glass and stained timber which again needed to be sanded out. Managed to get begrudgingly a very small refund back for basically a $2400 second hand door and no acceptance of bad workmanship. Would never use this company again and would never recommend.Ok so this is in response to your “response”. Clearly you aren’t Richard as you would be that I am one of the painters and met Richard twice funny enough in my painting gear and spoke at length about our work. As for my mentioning that the door was measured on site and no delivery yes it wasn’t arranged I was merely illustrating the enormous price for just one door. As for not letting “you” Richard know after 3 days you need to get your facts right before you start spouting, within 2 hrs Richard was phoned to say it was faulty.I’m incredibly happy that you definitely won’t deal with me again. We had Richard install an internal door and a wooden door in the garage. The internal glass door was to close off a long hallway to our open lounge/kitchen and it looks amazing. Has helped so much with keeping the warmth in and the noise out. Garage door looks great and the whole job was really well priced and communication was easy. Thanks again door impressions!
