Bought a bunker bed from Boori Chatswood, the shelf made it impossible to assemble. Few screws will not fit in properly and it end up damaging the bed frame. Very frustrated and disappointed, will not recommend family who wants high quality furnitures.

I give 5* to Sue who was very knowledgeable, patient and professional.But I can’t give 5* to store cause a few days ago we came to same store and the sales person didn’t even want to stand up and show us around. she wasn’t sure about things she is selling.

Staff member speaks very limited English. I asked for the features of a cot that was on display and she couldn’t explain it or even give me the name of the model I was looking.After my second question she send me to “Baby Bunting”.

Worst experience. Bought a bed and changer at boori chatswood. The delivery left everything at the lobby and I have to carry everything up to my apartment with help of 3 neighbours! So heavy and boxes are dirty. Very disappointed.
