We booked Elegant Hire's photo booth from the U.S. for our daughter's Sydney wedding. They were friendly and accommodating from the start, answering all of our questions patiently and kindly. The night of the wedding, they were on time, friendly, hard working and attentive. We got a plethora of beautiful, fun photos, and so many people commented on how fun it was. We highly recommend this company for your affair. The price was reasonable, and the service exemplary. We couldn't be happier.

We use EH photo booths every year for our work Christmas parties and they are absolutely fantastic! Nev is easy to communicate with, extremely accommodating and arrives precisely on time! The setup and cleanup was all taken care of for us. On my recommendation a friend of mine used this service for a baby shower and they did a great job!! Will book again for our next event.

Nev was professional, fast to respond to our queries and provided an amazing template for the Photo Booth photo strip. All of our guests had fun and it was one of the highlights of the night. They provided a guest book, where lots of memories was captured as well as link with all of the photos. I would recommend Nev to anyone looking to have a Photo Booth at an event.

Brilliant service and Nev was a complete pleasure to deal with. His photobooth was one of the highlights of the event and the girls loved the backdrop and many accessories. The prints and photo album were amazing keepsakes. Highly recommend this company.

Another delighted client!Our party had lots of teenage girls as well as adults (about 100 people) and the photo booth was a massive hit. We opted for an open booth which worked well because it added to the party atmosphere - even the people waiting in line enjoyed watching the photos being taken! ('Waiting in line' might be a generous description though. There was so much energy and excitement that I don't think there was a lot of polite queuing! You see, as the host of the party, I don't really know because I knew there was someone there keeping an eye on things and I didn't need to worry.)I love that guests have keepsakes (either for the wall or they are fabulous bookmarks!!) and that we also are able to see all the photos afterwards.Nev made the process unbelievably easy. There's quite a choice but in the end the decision was simple. I barely needed to give that part of the function any thought.Looking forward to the next opportunity to see you, Nev.

Had a small birthday party for my daughter. Nev was excellent. The booth was amazing and the kids had the best fun. He even let me keep the booth for 2hrs longer than booked for at no extra charge. Highly recommend.

AVOID AVOID AVOIDA friend contacted EH photo booths recently to book in for my 21st birthday party. She booked with Nev under duress due to his intimidating phone manner and paid a $250 deposit. With the government order issued yesterday LEGALLY BANNING my event from going ahead, the venue has now cancelled AS PER THEIR LEGAL OBLIGATION. Nev has been more than unpleasant and uncooperative, will not issue a refund of monies paid to him and now in fact would like a further $500 to be paid. The fact this business is so uncooperative and has such little regard for the current climate and global crisis we are facing is completely unconscionable (but if you ask Nev - the use of that word is inflammatory and offensive). As a financially struggling full time student, I work in community care and am facing complete job uncertainty at this point (if any of my clients are to get sick I am without work and isolated for 14 days), the refund of monies paid to EH Photobooths will be essential to my wellbeing. The cancellation of this event is completely beyond my control and I have explained this to him. Do not EVER use this company or listen to Nev slander other photobooth providers during a phone call to pressure you into booking. I will be telling ALL my friends, family and connections about this experience. I am disgusted!

I have nothing but praises when it comes to Nev's professionalism and quality of product. We had to postpone our wedding (thankfully only once!) because of COVID-19 similar to a lot of couples and Nev was understanding with the postponement and happily accommodated us. He got in touch with me again 6 months before our new wedding date just to check-in. In the lead up to the wedding, Nev has accommodated us in all of our requests and queries when it comes to the backdrop and the layout of the final print template. Nev has also personally manned the booth on the night of our wedding and I gave him a big hug as soon as I saw him as I felt that he went on this journey with us, too.
