By far one of the best security companies I have worked for. And I have been doing security work now for the last 15 years. The pay-rate is excellent, and the communication is very impressive. I have noticed the quality of fellow workers there is quite high. Certainly the owner takes a lot of pride in his business, and it really shows. I would definitely recommend their services.

CSO is a wonderful company. I received a quotation that was so reasonable I actually hesitated and asked for them to tell me the price again to make sure I understood it correctly and during all interactions I was treated with courtesy (from the very beginning to post event) by Jess (Reception) and the Security Officer Sebastian who attended to accompany me for the event was courteous, pleasant, professional and arrived not just on time but early. I can’t speak highly enough of this company and would unhesitatingly choose them if I ever need a Security Service in the future.

This company has absolutely no regard for the safety of minors. My daughter went to an under 18's Shag Rock concert with her friends and was accused of being drunk, and treated like a criminal. She has one kidney... so, not true, medically she cant drink alcohol as if she did it would be a stay in hospital and she's just turned 16. She was then ejected without her phone but let in later to get it so she could contact us. She was told to get off the premises in the middle of Fortitude Valley at dusk away from all her friends bar one. Who also was accused of the same thing. Are you kidding me? All because they asked for a drink of water! Over all, nearly 25 kids or more between 13-16 were kicked out and left to fend for themselves in the Valley at night by this company. I wish I could leave no star. I have no words for the stupidity of their security staff, just gobsmacked.
