Fresh fruits are always better in this branch. Seafood is not that good though. All other items always available. At least I never had any problem.

Great place to shop. Always well stocked. Great customer service. Also good to see young guys on the front end for a change instead of always being on the floor. They are all so well mannered. Prefer to shop at this Woolworths compared to others. More relaxed instore and not too busy.

Worst customer service ever! Staff have no concept of customer service. This morning I had a full trolley of groceries and only one register was open. I asked if another one was opening and didm't get a response. In frustration I went to self checkout which was annoying as I had to put groceries on the floo to empty my trolley to scan. . The guy at self checkout didn't bother to call for another register to open to help me out. I won't be coming here again.

In line at the register and a young girl before me, was purchasing a small item. When the operator (Anna) scanned the item the girl was 50 cents short. Immediately, Anna reached for her mobile phone and completed the transaction with a split payment, using her own funds. WOW. How's that for 'Customer Service'. The girls father returned soon after to offer the $0.50 but Ana just waved it off and said That OK". The human spirit is amazing. Well done Ana and well done Woolworths CS for employing Anna."

The trolley cameras at the self-serve checkouts are absolutely ridiculous. I took our trolley of items from other stores out while my partner checked out the handful of things we got from woollies specifically so we wouldn't have problems with it thinking we still had a trolley full of things left to check out. But he still had problems because the woman at the checkout next to him had a trolley. So he put his hand up to ask for help, but the one staff member there walked right past him, then proceeded to go slowly back and forth between the same two people and chatting with a co-worker while completely ignoring the 5 other people having problems.This was after multiple aisles were blocked by staff restocking shelves" - more like just spinning a trolley around and around.Seriously need more and better staff in this place"

It is very very unfortunate that they no longer have the butcher or the butcher service here.The quality of the vacuum-packaged steaks is not good. It is pretty expensive for not good quality, unfortunately. Bring back the butchers please. Big mistake to make them leave.
