Service was great. Coffee was perfect temperature and easy to drink however we weren’t overly impressed having to pay extra for lactose free milk

Ordered two coffees for takeaway, it was busy, understaffed and one of the staff members was quite rude. She did not listen to my order and we ended up with two extremely burnt coffees. So hot after another ten minutes we still couldn't drink it. Not to mention we accidentally spilt some on the floor because the coffee cups way too hot to hold and the lid was not secured, so the coffee spilt everywhere, burnt my hand and we were just met with death stares by staff and no help was offered. The only help offered was from a concerned customer who saw the ordeal. We ended up going back and did get refunded but after that experience and the overall attitude from staff we will NEVER be back. Do not recommend... go the donut king they were really nice.

I quit today because of this toxic work environment telling customers to hurry up, bullying other workers and all round an absolute horrible place to work WOULDNT WITH THE SAKE OF MY LIFE OR ANYONE ELSES WORK HERE WHAT SO EVER

Disappointing Lunch there today. No prices on food in cabinet, just kilojoule count, we’re not all weight watchers. When I ordered two meals , and a coffee, I was asked would I like salad with that.I replied yes, after reading that salad came with the meal on the menu. The woman serving me was rude and disinterested and actually argued with my husband when she tried to say no salad came with meal and tried to up sell a salad meal !However the waitress was lovely,Food wasn’t, chips were hard, fish was over microwaved? My coffee was Luke warm.Disappointing because we’ve been there before and enjoyed it….But won’t be returning after today sorry.

A lovely place, great food, great Coffee, great helpful Staff. Always enjoyed having my Tea break at Jamaica Blue. It's a place I've visited a number of times ever since Jamaica Blue came to Hervey Bay.It gives me pleasure to highly recommend you give Jamaica Blue a try and enjoy a delightful morning, afternoon tea or lunch.

$8.50 for a small iced coffee with Lactose free milk.The coffee was warmer then room temperature, Not cold no ice. and topped with overwhipped whipped cream. paying $17 for 2 of these I thought they would at least be nice. no it was unrefrigerated long-life milk with a hot expresso shot in it. if I I wasn't in a rush I would have complained. don't go there and expect nice things.

Good friendly staff. Had Frittata and large latte for $18. Despite being very busy food and coffee came out promptly and with a smile. Frittata tasted good and latte was great. Only comment would be to display prices of the various items in the cabinet.

I would have liked something to eat with our coffee . No prices on any food in the display cabinet. When I asked for a menu, I was told I could ask at the counter when ordering. Really? It would take too long to get individual prices on each item. Missed out on my money . I want to know what it will cost me before I order.
