If you want to buy an overcapitalised property then this is the place. Imagine paying over $500k for an apartment and getting a valuation 2 years later in a boom of under $400k. That's the reality with Gurner.Hard changing lenders when valuations are so poor.

On the Fortitude Valley development, these guys agreed to change the buyer to my daughter, delayed the process of that changeover and then said You need to settle on time anyway". We have had experience with other developers who are more willing to help their customers."

Don’t bother buying off the plan with these guys. We’ve had the worst experience, Gurner and his ever changing staff have no idea what they are doing. From sales to construction they are dishonest and unreliable. Especially Deborah from sales, she lied to us and we barely got what was agreed upon. And we aren’t the only ones! So many issues with Gurner and his team, I’m surprised he is still relevant.
