Asia Pacific Self Defence
Love training at APSD, the comradeship is outstanding. Training three different styles at APSD is allowing me to effectively learn multiple skills. The physical and mental aspects of training has allowed me to emotionally deal with the recent loss of a love one. Big thank you to both Henry and Tanya, both influential and passionate instructors.

Asia Pacific Self Defence
Asia Pacific Self Defence is an awesome martial art school for kids and adults. Both my 5 year old son and I are training here. The instructors are excellent, and the people we train together are very supportive too. We both enjoy training with APSD.Highly recommend.
