Wow did these guys waste a whole lot of my time. Saw the fabric in a furniture store a few hours away from home. Fell in love. Called to find out where in Wellington I could see it again to make a decision. Went there, store had moved out of town and never had it anyway. Travelled back to the original store a few hours away just to see it again, who ordered it for me. The Textile Company refused to give an ETA until a deposit was paid. Paid the deposit. Was told it would be 3-4 weeks. 3 weeks later..... told it was discontinued. A waste of time, travel, energy, The store I bought it through feel really bad. I'd never deal with The Textile Company again. Absolutely appalling service.

A terrific textile showroom with top end quality products and unique materials for luxury curtains and exclusive wall paper of all kinds and styles. The customer service matches the excellent products by savvy, caring staff. I highly recommend a visit to the textile company in Sydney.

Wonderful customer service and an amazing selection of brands. Always a delight to visit the showroom.
