Clare's mat classes and one-on-one reformer classes have helped me reduce my back pain and increase strength. Clare is very encouraging and knowledgeable and lots of fun. Highly recommended.

This woman seriously knows her stuff. She also know that Pilates doesn't have to be stuffy, strict, or scary. Her mat classes are *actually fun*, people. And her private reformer sessions are perfectly tailored. If you've ever wondered whether Pilates is for you, run (don't walk) to Clare's sessions.

Clare is a wonderful teacher! As someone who is new to Pilates, I was given guidance tailored to my fitness level, had every query thoughtfully answered, and I now feel I’ve found a form of exercise I want to continue doing, thanks to her. The coincidental core workout due to all of the laughter is an added bonus!

I was fortunate enough to find Clare while I was working in Denmark for 2weeks and keen to continue with my Pilates practice. The professionalism and knowledge that Clare brings to each session was inspiring. Clare has worked hard to establish a beautiful and functional space and I felt immediately at ease and welcomed. There is so much I could say about Clare, but to put it simply, if you’re considering Pilates Clare is your girl, You won’t regret it! I hope to be able to one day return and practice with Clare again in her lovely studio.
