I am going to agree with the 2 comments below. I came in looking for a black dress for a funeral. Unfortunately the largest size the brand caters for is a 14. Kookai, women these days come in all shapes and sizes so why would you not want to cater to all size and shapes? Not everyone is a size 6-8. It is actually disgusting that a brand is not inclusive to larger sizes. I also was not greeted by staff not asked if I need any assistance. Unless Kookai picks up their game and is inclusive of all sizes in the future this will be the last time I walk into a Kookai store.

I was there yesterday with my daughter (13) the service I received was by far outstanding and best ever in Perth. A young dark haired possibly French girl serviced us , she made the whole experience wonderful and we walked away delighted with our purchases, followed with miss 13 turning to me and announcing, that's such a classy shop I love it !! Oh no im going to be brock !! Thankyou Kookai and the sale girl is worth her wait in gold !!

Such gorgeous clothing but such small sizing! Such a shame that the staff are so rude and disrespectful to the bigger girls that come into the store, not everyone is a size 6 or 8, im a size 12 with some clothing and i dont consider myself big, start getting some variety because youre losing customers and a lot of money for it. Just because the staff are skinny minnys doesnt mean they have to give us dirty looks as we enter the store, not very welcoming at all. Would rather go to salvos then spend money here.

I have never been made to feel so unwelcome in a store before. On Sunday the 22nd of May. I was probably the biggest person in the store out of the customers that were there. The two assistants treated and greeted everyone so nicely but totally ignored me for the whole time I was in the store and they made eye contact with me several times - so they knew I was there. They were not overly busy nor doing anything. They even had to pass me to greet others face to face and ignored me. It was appalling to see.

Absolutely disgraceful. Fashion is sub par and basic. I found it upsetting that my friend who is a size 12 could not shop with me as none of the clothes fit her. Not worth the money and discrimination against women. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
