The carpet in the unit is very sticky as it might not have been cleaned for years. So please wear your shoes in the unit.The access to parking is dark at night and also the paid washer & paid dryer located outside of the building (it is near the trash bin).It is a walk-up apartment so make sure you get the ground unit otherwise you need to drag your luggage up to level 3 as there is elevator.No customer service on site and the door access is using code given by email

No Serviced apartment- stayed for 2 weeks recently, (October 2021)apartment was only serviced once during that time, and only after I rang reception twice to get it done. There seems to be no sound proofing, in my room I could hear everything going on in another apartment and they liked to go to bed after midnight and wake up before 5. My sunglasses that were in my suitcase mysteriously disappeared while I was there, but of course management says that they staff wouldn’t have taken them. Who else had access to my room? I didn’t take them out myself! The T-towels they provide don’t dry dishes. The shower leaks all over the floor, very poor design. The exhaust fan in the kitchen didn’t work. They send you a text to tell you what apartment you are in but no instructions on how to find that apartment. The beds were rock hard. The only good thing about the apartments is the location. Close to the hospital where my grand daughter was and it was clean with a well equipped kitchen. Star rating purely for the location.

So booked this apartment for 4 nights. As per agreement although the check in time is 2 pm. Asked the check in staff Nicky and few others to help as one of the guest was completely drenched in rain :( he was waiting and literally asking for help to check in for more then 2 hours .The cleaning staffs did arrived an hour before 2 pm and the person asked for help to see at least he can have a change of wet clothes. Despite several requests the check in staff Nicky did not shown any compassion what so ever and even threatened that he will not give us the apartments .Of course as a guest we are annoyed but we did not used any abusive language or do not disrespected the check in staff at allThis is absolutely rubbish service and as an expert travel agent will never ever recommend this to any of our clients any more.I totally understand the agreement as I am in travel industry for more than 10 years but never came across this kind of behaviour from a service staff.Nicky was extremely rude quote - ‘if you don’t let me finish I will deny you the room’ despite I told her somebody is in distress !!!Extremely disappointed

Stayed here for a couple of weeks last year. Weird for serviced apartments" to receive no servicing at all over a 2week+stay (not even rubbish removal). There was a HUGE pile of spare towels left on one of the spare beds. Kitchen was cramped and dirty. Unit overall felt dark & mouldy. Dining area situated on the enclosed balcony. Carpet had weird stains. Pillows were lumpy and comfortable (ended up going out to purchase my own). You get what you pay for overall

We had organised to stay 3 nights here and had to leave after one as my 2 childrens asthma and my own flared up so badly.There was a water leak with a mouldy sock covering it (from where a light was) portable heaters were supplied which were inadequate as most of the power points didn't work. The room had an appalling damp smell.Management were good when we discussed these concerns and relocated to comfort Inn which was lovely however, the cleaner who came up to us to assess said it is a known issue of damp on that side of the building and she even had to leave the room when we spoke to her as she struggled with her breathing from 15 minutes in the room.Again, management were nice to relocate us but these rooms should not be available to be rented out as are in in habitable for people , run down beyond belief and actually dangerous to people's health.I hope this review makes a difference and that this extremely damaging problem is fixed especially when it's across the road from a major hospital.

Booked for 8 days. Drug needles and garbage randomly laying around property. No service desk help is 20 minutes away. On 5th and 6th night drug addicts in adjacent room trashed the room(s). Hammering crashing screaming swearing. We could hear thru brick dividing wall. Had no sleep on 5th night. On 6th night called for help. Police also attended property. I was sick. No consideration given. Asked for refund or to be moved. Neither offered. Management said that’s acceptable can happen anywhere. Rooms are dark old and gloomy not a place anyone but druggies would choose to frequent. ALLUP WE FELT UNSAFE. especially between 11pm and 2am in morning.

Booked here originally to stay close to my son during his surgery at WCH. Then surgery was cancelled and a quick phone call to Reception and they held onto my booking and told me to call and rebook later. This happened twice more and twice more Greenways Apartments went above and beyond to help. Customer service is five star.The room itself was neat and clean. I've paid a lot more for a LOT less this close to the city centre. Fully kitted out kitchen and bathroom with comfortable sleeping arrangements. Staying here seven nights isn't going to be a big issue.But there are two issues here: one is due to my lack of research but the other can be easily fixed. First of all, I'm old and have had a stroke in the past so I should've asked for a ground floor apartment. Unfortunately, got a top floor one and it almost killed me dragging luggage three long flights of stairs. So be aware of that and book appropriately. Secondly, only some of the car parking spaces are labelled and there are not 25 of them so off-street parking is tricky. Some better signage would be very helpful and easy to achieve.All up though, excellent value for money. Thank you Greenways for the accommodation and the help.

The bedroom was so small that a double bed just fitted. It was a closed in balcony. Had to slide around the wall to get in bed. It seemed like a small double. Plus it was soft and bouncy. Neither of us got much sleep. The kitchen and bathroom were in good order but the rest was old and tired.

Location, parking, keyless entry where a positive. But the room very outdated, not what the photo shows. Dishes not cleaned from last people. Dirty carpets. No reverse cycle. Noisy. Room was spacious for a family room. But not worth what it cost us a night. Won't be back.
