Was served by an elderly lady, very rude, as I was leaving she commented about me not thinking i heard, I turned around and gave her what for, never ever will I step foot back in that store, NEVER!!!

Disgusting service to be waiting over 10mins for a hello Chloe was rude worst customer service the discrimination and to be looked at like I couldn’t afford something was beyond a joke I asked to look at a beautiful gold ring was 5000$ she told me it’s out of my price range excuse me honey your an employee I’m a business owner I’ll be taking this complaint further as I’ve been a regular customer here for over 20years I’ll be taking my money else where that’s for sure

My understanding is that this store only allows customers entry on showing digital ID.What is the next step paying with a chip inserted into your wrist.For goodness sake this is utter madness and I emplore buyers to shop elsewhere.
