Went today about 1730. Waited patiently as 4 other customers there. Customer walked in and was immediately served by the son of the owner. I quietly said to customer I had been waiting and customer apologised, didn't see me - honest mistake, I said that's ok". Employee came to other side of counter next to me to check other customer's lotto. I very quietly said to employee

Such rude service! Came in to buy some scratchies, a girl with brown hair was behind the counter on the phone. I understand she might have been with a customer so I waited. She didn’t look up at us and after 5 mins of waiting left. Only came as our regular news again Coorparoo burnt down! Disgusting and won’t be back
