I'm a builder from northern Victoria and have dealt with many suppliers and can confirm Whetstone are by far the best all round, great customer service, Stef was very helpful throughout our dealings and the finished product is absolutely spot on. Cannot recommend them enough!

I am happy with the windows that I ordered and the delivery was great but I can't give a good review.After delivery I noticed that one of the items in the order and on the quote wasn't delivered. When we asked for it the service became very abrupt and unhelpful. Whetstone asked us to pay for the item and delivery again even though this was their mistake.This is highly unprofessional. I would not recommend Whetstone.

Got a set of bifolds and a window from them. They delivered on time and they look beautiful. However, can't give 5 stars. We changed the details of our order 3-4 times over the months we dealt with them (twice due to advice from our builder who wasn't organised - not exactly our fault), and this caused issues. Firstly we asked for 10mm double glazing and they forgot to update the order and gave us 6mm. They admitted their mistake, apologised, but basically it was tough luck for us. Pretty frustrating. We also asked them to swap the door from left opening to right mid-build, and they charged us $265 for the new lock and handle as they said they couldn't use the old one. They could have put it aside and used it for the next order. Instead they charged us $265, which honestly felt like they were penalising us. I understand us changing our order multiple times is annoying, but charging us $265 dollars when they messed up our glazing request felt like a bit of a slap in the face. Especially when they could have just used it on the next order, and it wouldn't have cost them a penny. So nice doors but the service was disappointing.

I got them to custom build, in Vic ash timber all external doors and windows in heritage (inc double hung). The quality was great; service fantastic. The price comparison between many quotes was as good as anyone else, except I got more of what I wanted. Even 2 years afterwards, every thing works as they did on day 1. I am still buying stuff off them, internal doors and fittings. I have recommend them to many people, whom have also been pleased. I would continue to recommend them.
