I was a long term customer however since the business was sold and under new ownership I will no longer go back.Not only did the new owner increase the prices as soon as she took over the business, the amazing staff that were there are no longer there.Today I went in for an eyelash infill what typically takes 30-45 mins was an hour and 45 minute ordeal.The person that was doing my lashes clearly did not know what they were doing. Pinched my eyelids several times and kept reapplying the tape to my eyes, pulling and yanking during this process and then tells me to relax my eyes, not sure how this is possible when someone is pulling and pinching.Such a shame what was once a wonderful business no longer is!!

Used to come here when I was in high school and gave them a chance. Always did my eyebrows wrong, even when I told them how I wanted it done. The last time I went was when they ripped the skin of my eyelid. They quickly hushed me out and expected me to pay full price for it. They didn't care how I felt and never asked me if I was ok. They just freaked out about my eye lid and wanted me to pay full price and leave immediately.Luckily my eye lid healed fine, but my eyebrows, especially my right one, is never the same.

Really disappointed with the quality of the eyelash extension, purchased from groupon and just done my classic eyelash extension 3days ago, and almost 70% gone in 3 days...worst experience i had for the eyelash extension!!!i rarely giving bad review,but im really fed up with this, I've done many times before, mostly of that At least last for 3 weeks some times up to 4 weeks,but,i don expect this time gone in 3 to 4 days!!! worst ever

Should never do nails at this place. Booked 2:15, and I went there at 2:30. Then asked me to go. ‘You are too late. I can’t do it for ya. ‘ totally unacceptable. Cheap price & cheap service. Most Vietnam people are really impolite. And last time really insulted me as weird nails. Do u think u guys r POLITE?? No way.

Place was clean and very close to train station, staff was friendly. I got SNS nail with good price. They have many color options.Celine did a great job(Thank you dear).I strongly recommend them.

I have been coming here for years. The girls are lovely l, the owner is very accomodating and nice. No matter where I go and get my eyelashes done, I come back here again because they do a good job and the price you pay is very reasonable for both eyelashes and nails. Changing my review as the owner has changed and the Lynh who always did my lashes has left. Not sure about the place now

Cheap work. Terrible, extremely rude customer service. Put your money and time somewhere else.1. They didn’t bother to clean the cuticles.2. Colour turned out completely different than I wanted, but I said fine, and paid the whole bill.3. Nails are distorted in a weird way, not straight.4. Broke only 2 days after.5. I called to check if they can fix it, she suddenly started shouting at me for no reason once I told her they were broken! telling me that it’s my fault I must’ve opened something and broke it while I clearly told her it started with a crack breaking with time, but nevertheless she kept shouting at me like if I were a child!6. On top of all this they speak rudely about you in Vietnamese while working. I have Vietnamese friends and I understand some of what they say, it’s just not acceptable.I’d rather pay extra to get it fixed somewhere where I feel respected than being insulted, with cheap unreliable work.

favourite for eyelash extensions, fast and affordableedited: been going here for more than a year, recently service has really dropped. management doesn't respond to booking requests or answer the phone. Have also had issues with management about not letting us pay via card (despite seeing other people pay), quality of lash application, and staff making rude comments in Vietnamese. very disappointing as I used to be a loyal customer. Will be looking for new places
