Similar to the other reviewer, they offered a discount code online that didn't work. Ended up purchasing the velvet bralette + underwear set anyway. The straps are hilariously long and not adjustable! Overlock stitching was coming undone, and there were loose threads all over the place. Ridiculous at this price point!! Luckily I can alter the straps myself otherwise I'd return them. Would not reccommend, unfortunately, and won't be purchasing again.

I’m really sorry to have to write this review as I can see it’s a family business and the products look lovey, I can’t confirm if they are though , as I have received nothing? On June 10 I ordered 2 bralettes today is 30th June I have no idea if I will ever receive them. I have called several times and left messages , I have left messsges on messenger? Still nothing . My $138 seems to have disappeared. Someone phoned me on 12th June to say one item was not in stock and they would refund that item, that has not happened? If you do read this Kulture collective do you think you could respond ? Just refund me now as I have been away , and come back to the place I wanted the items for. It’s too late ! Really terrible customer care which you should try and improve

Purchased gorgeous lingerie from the Kultcha Collection. Beautiful colours and designs that are very flattering. Customer service is outstanding also. I’ve worked in retail previously, so it was lovely to receive such kind and friendly service. Highly recommend. :) x

Kultcha Collective is one of my favourite brands!! I love shopping here, I think there is something for everyone! The quality is amazing and each piece is made with so much care & high attention to detail. The process ordering online was seamless & I signed up and received 10% off my order :) will be shopping again!!

I made an order of $170 on the 18th June and didn't hear anything from them until 2nd July notifying me that one of the items I ordered was out of stock. I responded asking how long it would be out of stock for if it would be a while, for a refund.It's now 9th July and have email again but I still haven't received a reply or an update on my order and have received nothing. I also tried calling the number however it seems to be disconnected.Update 29/07/22 and response to Kultcha's reply to me.Completely untrue as I have reached out numerous time to try and find out what is happening on a bunch of different avenues (Facebook and multiple email addresses) as its been quite some time now. I also emailed to try to swap the pants for a different colour about a month ago and not even a reply on that. It's very frustrating as there's a lot of money spent with no communicating as to where that has gone.

I purchased the most beautiful pair of rust orange, velvet flairs from here. But it was a hard choice what to get. Every item in the store is immaculately made, with amazing designs and luscious colour selections for all items. The store itself has an amazing atmosphere as well, and the owner is warm and welcoming. I'll definitely shop here again!
