Tonight I was helped by the absolutely lovely sue. Came in 20 minutes to close looking for a specific item as a last minute Mother’s Day present. Sue went absolutely above and beyond to find the one they had left. Not in the spot out front (due to renovations we think), and had to search high and low to find the last one out back. Felt like she truly cared about helping me out when she could have easily turned me away, she’s a fantastic asset to your Manchester team. Cheers, Bodie

Great variety and love the cafe. The staff are quite helpful although the change rooms are always a mess. You go into one, and there are 20 garments that aren't yours hanging up. If you need a different size, you always need to get redressed and get it yourself. Otherwise, it's pleasant to shop here.

Buyers beware if you visit some of the brands in here. I bought a pair of Ralph Lauren jeans here only to find a $50 difference for exactly the same jeans on Myer online. It seems some brands operate their own franchises within the store and the price is vastly different to what Myer sells the same items for.

An awful experience at Myer Chermside today; no decent customer service at all. Every empty table in the cafe was filthy. At the Clinique counter there was a women doing makeup on someone and completely ignored her customers that were waiting. I waited 20 minutes and nothing! Another staff member in a makeup section was looking on doing nothing and when we asked for assistance she disappeared. When I was finally attended to, the staff member said they were out of stock. I know the Myer centre is being upgraded but shouldn’t mean customers are not attended to. Even better, put more staff on the floor to service your customers. Thanks David Jones for your friendly customer service.

The new renovation.... Wow. It's horrible. It makes my eyes and head hurt. Light wood and sparse sharp black rod stands make it feel very empty and uninviting, I felt too uncomfortable and left quickly.

It is a very good store with their full product lines. They have good stock levels which means I can nearly always get what I want to purchase. Their staff are very friendly and helpful.

First time visiting. Half the lights were on, presentation was terrible and lots of areas empty and had no stock. Not sure what they are up to. Service at click and collect was fine though.
