Two very difficult extractions, done at different times, both teeth broken off at or below the gum line handled expertly by Dr Gupta. He even phoned personally the next day after the more difficult one to ascertain my well-being and pain level (if any). HIs staff all friendly and efficient including Rani (the dog to comfort ill at ease children). Other work (fillings and bridgework) all five star. My dentist for life.

I have avoided the dentist for 20 years as I'm a man baby who's scared of needles . If I had no about this place it would not have taken me so long to visit a dentist. Good work sandy and team

Dr Gupta has been my dentist now for a few years, before I wen't to him I had a fear of the dentist. He is very friendly and explains everything to me so that I feel at ease and comfortable.I love Rani the therapy dog who likes to greet me when I walk in and she is definitely a part of easing my anxiety as well.The staff are also really nice and friendly.I highly recommend Tamborine Mountain Dental.

The receptionist was lovely. However, despite expressing my nerves over the procedure, I would say the dentist was boarder line unfriendly. The temporary filling he gave me broke twice within 2 weeks. Leading to two more appointments. Communication was poor, almost negliable, I had to ask for information he should have told me anyway. He also kept the door open to the waiting throughout my appointments. This may have been a covid rule, however he did nothing to maintain my confidentiality and privacy. We had conversations about my personal health issues, not to mention my distress in the chair throughout the treatment. All while the door was open for patients in the waiting room to hear. Overall the experience was traumatic and humiliating.
