Staff need to be more friendly - a smile would be nice! Was also disappointed that the product I purchased required extra batteries, but wasn't advised by the staff member, which then required me to make an extra (long) drive back to the store.

Fantastic customer service and very knowledgeable IT department. I just had the best shopping experience yesterday at the Coffs JBHIFI store when buying a new laptop after my MacBook randomly cracked and Harvey Norman as well as Apple would not repair as it was 5 months out of warranty and had 2 hairline cracks. If there was 1 hairline crack it was covered. Go figure!Go jb. I know where I will continue to shop. Outstanding service and a variety of quality products!

NEVER BUYING FROM HERE EVER AGAINA BUNCH OF SCAMMERS WHO JUST WANT YOUR MONEYI (used to) buy from jibihifi for all of my products.I specifically asked for a warranty that would cover my phone as I am a business owner and cannot run without one. I specifically said I am clumsy and drop my phone sometimes, will it cover me if I drop it and it breaks? The employee said yes 100% this will cover you, you can have the phone replaced on the spot. I go in a year later to get it replaced as I accidentally dropped it from 30cm height and it SOMEHOW managed to break and they tell me that the warranty does not cover it and refused to give me any compensation or a refund for the warranty. The OBVIOUS store manager was disgustingly rude and horrible and very unhelpful. Save your money and do not buy from ANY jibihifi. Support other businesses who actually care about their customers.

Pretty good - typical JB store, bit of a long narrow shop for this kind of retailer.

Low stock, dirty shop, small, hard to get help, the sound station didn't work so couldn't listen to the headphones I wanted to buy. It might not be the store's fault given how hard staff are to come by, but if I was the owner, I'd be doing my best to improve.

I would like to draw focus to Troy the manager there as he has given outstanding service I request him each time I want to enquire about an electrical item. His above and beyond mentality and knowledge on products is second to none which will have me continuing to request his service each time I visit your store

Excellent range, friendly staff, and while they can be a bit difficult to get on the phone when they are busy, I would still absolutely recommend them.

Amazing staff and its easy and convenient to buy the products that I was looking for. Real life saver when your on a time crunch instead of driving to the store and looking for your product its go online and simple buy and select click and collect and its all done within 2 minutes.

Stood at the watch section for nearly 10 minutes trying to catch the eye of any employee, then went and asked one to help me. He said he was busy with another customer but was nearly finished and would come over when he could. 15 minutes later, he hadn't come back, but I'd seen the customer he had been helping leave the shop. I was still standing at the watch section, had not been approached by any employee, and had not been offered any assistance. I left. I bought my $500 watch through Harvey Norman instead, who were by my side asking if I needed help within 1 minute of me being in their shop.

The Junk Removers Rubbish Removal Service attended today and back dock staff where awesome
