One of the worst experiences in laser, when I had my treatment done. It felt like she burnt me on my brazillian and sore to even pee. They hold no accountability. First time meeting them and its ashame you know all the names who run this clinc. They even threatened to take money on my zip account without consent which by zip its fraud. Anyone wanting to Evolution Liverpool think twice before coming cause they refund your money and they think they can override you and take no accountability or responsibility of there own actions.Disgusting Team.

I have been to many clinics trying to find the best service/results! I can honestly say that Evolution has been nothing but amazing. My results are incredible and the staff are amazing. Huge shout out to Susan who was so friendly and professional and made me feel so comfortable during my session.

Hey girls/guys! Please be very careful with this clinic if you have decided to get fillers, especially lip fillers. The injector is lovely and friendly but their product is not up to scratch. Just over a year ago I decided to go to Evolution, I was told after the first session that it will look like you haven't had them done before (which all clinics say) and understood, I went back a second time, they dramatically went down. I went a third time, they went down, then a fourth, fifth and sixth time and they aren't plump like they should be! Thinking that this was strange, I asked other clinics and they have said that it is NOT normal for your lips to have little volume after having them done six times! The amount of money that I have wasted is ridiculous. Please be careful and look into other clinics x

This clinic has become one of my favourite clinics to visit, from their customer service to their general services their provide. Everyone working here is super friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about their services so I never feel nervous about getting any of their treatment and this extended beyond their laser hair removal to their skin treatments; overall I feel super empowered, confident and comfortable whenever I visit this evolution laser clinic. Bad experience with evolution at Liverpool WestfieldI have done 7 sessions and every time I go do my Laser I have to get a touch up done every two weeks because the hair grows back and it’s patchy in different spots as the job wasn’t done properlyAfter visiting them today for the touch up after two weeks of my past laser appointment as the hair had grown back and it was very patchy in different spots, even though my appointment was at 3 pm , they made me wait 40 minutes and eventually they told me they will send the pictures to head office before they do my laser. I don’t recommend this place as I got rashes and burns from the laser they did which degraded the look of my skin making it look way worse.Highly not recommend for males and any females with sensitive skinthanks Susan for the worst customer service ever and completely unprofessional

I can't recommend Celeste enough, I have been doing laser hair removal for over 15 years and she's by far the best technician I have ever met. Thank you so much, you're the best. I'm very grateful for your attention to detail and I always feel amazing after appointments with you.

Made the mistake of prepaying for 10 laser treatments. Every time I’ve gone, every single staff member who did my treatment was unfriendly, rude and unpleasant. None of them bother to smile, welcome you, make conversation or even ask if the pain is okay. There is no customer service at all. I’d rather pay a higher price elsewhere and than go back here and receive the poor service that I have been getting for the past year.

Most reasonably priced place for tattoo removal I've come across. They were fast, professional and not a rip off! Recommend buying a package of tattoo removals as works better priced.
