I’ve been having my hair done by Trisha for a couple of years now and I always leave my appointments so happy. She has made my hair healthy again and the colour is always perfectly blended, bright and very natural looking. I also love chatting to her! I would recommend Trisha and Franck Provost to anyone :)

After having done a lot of research online reading reviews, I decided to book this place as it had the best reviews (many mentioning that it was the best salon in Sydney). I even booked with a specific hair stylist after spending time reading reviews.Upon arrival, I was told that the hair stylist was not in that day - I don't recall the receptionist apologising at all.In addition, I was charged extra for having a thick hair. This was the first time me experiencing this, and no where on the website or reviews mentioned this.

One of the best haircuts I've ever had. Leo did a fantastic job. I asked for a layer cut with bangs in such a way that portrays my face slimmer. He understood the assignment and delivered a beautiful end result. Couldn't have been better. Thanks again Leo. Price was not very extravagant. Worth the time and styling.

I have now been coming here for about 6 months. Melissa my stylist is amazing. Her colouring and cutting techniques has been the best in my experience in years. Always a pleasure being in the salon, excellent customer service and always feel spoilt. Thank you Melissa and the rest of the Team :-)

I have been using this salon now for about a year. David is my stylist and is excellent. Always gives a fabulous cut, style and colour and takes the time to discuss what will work with my hair, including a few small changes from how I’d been wearing it for years. Now my hair is the best it’s looked in years. Highly recommend.

I can't rave enough about David! He's AMAZING! I've been going to him for over a year, and he's hands down the best hair stylist ever! He's all about those little details. He pays such close attention to every strand of hair, making sure it's perfect. He takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes sense, and he's always honest with his answers.My hair has never looked better! David is an absolute wizard when it comes to colours and cuts. I've lost count of how many compliments I've gotten on my hair since he started working his magic on my hair!On top of all that, he genuinely cares about the health of my hair. He recommends the best products and treatments to keep it in fantastic shape. He's the real deal, and I can't even put into words how much I recommend David.

I went to see Maya for my hair transformation and couldn't be happier with the result. I have super fine short flat hair and I really needed some volume and movement. She recommended me a style that is so versatile, which is great because I like to change up things every day and the color is gorgeous (her coloring technique is first class). I am always a bit skeptical about my hair the next day (when you don't have skilled hairdresser to blow dry your hair) but it took me less than 2 minutes to style my hair and it looks so playful with lots of volume. I would highly recommend her!

My mom had an appointment on a Saturday morning that she drove all the way from Wagga Wagga to get to (5 hour drive), and asked for white/platinum foils but barely got half her head done (and she’s got very short hair).The results are a sort of hairband look, with no foils on a good section of the back. And the highlights are very dark even after asking for white highlights (most of it as you can see is regrowth anyway).She paid $362.09 for this (appointment only took 1.5 hours with a quick cut). This is a ridiculous amount charged when you look at the little product that was used and how badly it was done which does not seem to be in line with the Franck Provost standards. I wasn’t there to be able to speak up for her but I feel as though my mother, as a senior, has been taken advantage of.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Frank Provost to have my hair done for a Miss Universe event. I was attended to by their hairdresser, Leo. It was an exceptional experience, as Leo was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and attentive. He listened carefully to my hair concerns and preferences, and then proceeded to give me a fantastic haircut that exceeded my expectations. The overall customer service experience was also fantastic, with the staff making sure that I was comfortable and well taken care of throughout the appointment. I would highly recommend Leo to anyone looking for a top-notch hairdressing experience at Frank Provost.
