I think the guys were very polite and helpful, I just feel I overpaid for the car I purchased and the offer for my trade in was very low.My own fault because I accepted the offer on the day. It was the last day of the cooling off period when we picked up the car and I thought just get your money back but the wife wanted the car, so she thought she would ask if they could throw in a service, the answer was no, they did top up the petrol tank. Anyway bit of a bad taste in the mouth, won't be servicing the car here or sending any business that way.

Huge thank you to Kiwi Mark, Sam and Ryan for all their assistance with my new car. Obtaining a new car was a smooth experience for me and their experties and advice was second to none. Its been a tough time for a lot of people but they've accommodated for my every need. Would recommend to anyone hoping to get a new car.

I got fantastic service from new car salesperson Stefan, he put up with all my questions and enquiries. The whole team at Mornington Holden went out of there way to deliver my brand new car ASAP. Very satisfied with their service, will recommend them to anyone in the area looking to buy a new car.

Had my car serviced by the folks at Mornington Holden today....I have to say Ash has brought a massive step up to the professionalism there. She is across all aspects of the tasks needing to be done, the parts needed to be ordered, and is great at communicating this to the customers, which is something I think this dealership was previously lacking. So yeah, happy to have my cat serviced here and feel looked after

Counter staff at service department need a course in customer service and or re-education. Antagonising people standing around with money in hand by deliberately and unnecessarily making them wait while attending to their paperwork. 3 staff and we were only customers at the counter, cant wait to get rid of car so I won't have to go back.This seems to be a pattern.In response to comments made by owners, you have all my contact details and are able to contact me if so wish. I have no desire to continue with false pleasantries or disingenuous communication.Clearly service staff feel their time is more valuable than ours, hence the unbelievable behaviour.

WOW where do I start...worst experience I have ever had in my life..Enquired on a vehicle and spoke with Joe who was helpful until our conversation ended and he was to get back to me with a trade appraisal.I told joe i wanted to buy the car and asked to value my vehicle. Not that hard really yet took them 3hrs which I then contacted Joe and told him i had left a deposit elsewhere.Long story short that car ended up being hail damaged after having a inspection carried out.So thought oi would give Mornington another go and asked to speak with Joe but he wasn't available. Spoke to Steve who told me he was the valuer and also Manager, again told Steve straight forward wanted to purchase this vehicle and trade in my vehicle.Steve told me details and what my vehicle was making which to my surprise was short, which i was fine with. But for Steve a apparent manager to then give me attitude and tell me I'm nowhere and my car is no where was not how i saw buying a car. Steve gave me a value of $55k which i asked if he could get to $58k we would do a deal. He was unable to make this happen and this is where the attitude had come into play and i was told my car is nowhere.After this i had a brief conversation with Mandy which is customer service assist there to basically assist with any questions which let me tell you she was hired for the wrong job, as for after asking 6 times for a manager name or owner names she continued to tell me she didn't know either of them.Not going to rant on but lost my business and i hope no one ever get treaded the way i have today by them in future

My wife's car service included fitting a new fuel filter. The fuel line was not correctly reconnected resulting in it disconnecting and causing a break down. The connection with a tighten clip should be elementary. The after service care was ordinary at best

Top quality dealership was looked after by Mario who explained the car in great detail. Was very patient was happy to drive my car from Mornington to Dandenong. Excellent experience with Mario who went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Haven't seen a salesperson like Mario in a long time he is professional and friendly at the same time. I highly recommend this dealership.

Very helpful & proffessional who made the process so easy and answered in all of our questions in great detail. He even delivered the car to our doorstep as we are living far from Mornington . I highly recommend the dealership.
