The most uncomfortable car repair, I called me two days after the first repair and told me that some parts had to be ordered from Japan and let me drive back. After driving back, I found that my rear seat had been adjusted. I just repair the front bumper. Why they're tweaking my back row? The second repair said that the car could be picked up after Tuesday, and then the nightmare began. At 2 pm on Tuesday, they texted me that the car could be picked up on Wednesday, and I called them at 3 pm on Wednesday to ask why they hadn’t received it yet. The pick-up notice, they told me that it would be delayed until Thursday, and they sent me a text message at 1:30 p.m. Because one part did not arrive, if it can be installed in a few minutes, I will delay it until Monday and say that the car will definitely be picked up on Monday. Today is Monday. I called them at 3 o'clock in the afternoon and told me that the car can be picked up in another half an hour. Call me an Uber, call me half an hour later and say that if I go by 4:10 now, they will get off work at 4, and I have to wait for them five times! seven days! They couldn't wait for me for 10 minutes! Please carefully consider whether you really want to repair your car here!

What was initially a frustrating experience with getting appointments / managing bookings etc. which was more down to the Bingle insurance model, (which I have subsequently changed), the overall outcome was excellent.Lovely front office team, and Mario and the repairs team did an excellent job. Car looks fab. Thanks Guys.

Terribly slow and doesn't give any updates on repairs. We gave our car for a very minor repair that meant to covered under insurance. We didn't have replacement car in our insurance, they knew it and still didn't care to deliver on time or on promised date range. It has been more than 10 days, and today meant to be the latest day by when get my car. I still don't know if I am getting my car today. It has been very inconvenient without car as one can imagine .

Very professional team. The service was prompt and friendly, with the whole experience taking less than 20 minutes. A few little issues with complimentary taxi service were noted and fixed immediately.
