Yoyo box is excellent! Needed some storage and glad i picked Yoyo box, had the cheapest quote out of the competitors and was really pleased with the care they put into carrying the boxes/furniture and loading it into the mobile storage boxes, I originally only ordered one box because i thought that was all i needed (don't move much haha) but the staff brought one extra box just in case and it turned out i needed it, they were very flexible with it and it wasn't a hassle at all even though the original situation changed, When i got my furniture back a few months later everything was in the exact same condition it was when i put it in, staff were very professional, turned up on time looked the part and got the job done efficiently and effectively, highly recommend and definitely going to use this company again if i need some storage, 5 stars

Recently had to go to Canberra for work for a few months and after looking around at the different prices on similar companies Yoyo box had the cheapest original quote and was really easy to organise. The communication with the team was frequent and any queries i had regarding the price or storing my furniture were answered promptly. Once i got back from Canberra and needed my furniture back i called the company and got my things back in perfect condition, was really happy with the whole process from start to end, the staff were polite, professional and completed both the loading and unloading in a timely manner, If i need storage again i will definitely come back to Yoyo box, 5 stars

Due to some small renovations, I required some cost effective and secure storage solutions. After ringing around 8 companies, I chose Yoyo Box for their 3 different sizes of storage box options plus cheapest quote. The process was seem less and efficient as everything was done on line from quote, booking, payment. The most professional service hence the 5 star review. Highly recommended.

100% RECOMMEND! Rob assisted me in storing my assets whilst in between moves. He was brilliant! Super helpful, knowledgeable and professional at every stage. He even gave us some great tips whilst we were packing our YoYo box! I researched multiple competitors and found Yoyo Box to be competitive in price and flexible to my needs. Moving is generally a stressful process but Rob and YoYo box made this stress-free. Super grateful.

I've used YoYo box for the 6th time in 3 years and I am always very pleased with the service. It is very easy to organise pick up and delivery. Rob is excellent and has always the difficult job much easier by being quick and efficient. I highly recommend this service for anyone who is like me and has had to move around a lot!

DO NOT USE! Staff have serious problems dealing with women.Using YoYo was a terrible experience from start to finish. At pickup and drop off I was yelled at when I was on my own, as soon as men were around the situation changed dramatically.They look cheaper but will end up costing you a fortune if they think they can rip you off. They put blankets in my box without consent and made me pay for them anyway. They made a mistake and didn't charge me for the first few months, and when I noticed and followed it up they made me pay ridiculous late fees. I think they were seeing how long they can get away with it.They never take money out on the correct date, making it impossible to keep track, which you HAVE TO because they make mistakes and mix up customers, taking the wrong peoples payment.When trying to pick up my box they couldn't give me an accurate date and time and backtracked, without reason, costing me money as I had already paid movers. He emailed me at 8:30pm the night before telling me I owe them another $200 in absurd fees.He agreed to drop them, because he had no grounds. However he continually yelled at me, pointing fingers in my face, blaming me for his business falling apart, mansplaining to me how a conversion works. As a young woman alone in a dark warehouse on a back street I obviously didn't feel safe speaking my mind. I made sure to tell multiple where I was going. As soon as my male movers arrived he completely changed and stopped yelling at me.It's evident that every staff member I dealt with has serious issues with women. I have no idea how a business can operate with such terrible customer service.

I had to remove all of my belongings from my 1 bedder apartment and I needed it done in a day. After ringing different moving companies to get help ASAP, I ended up coming across Yoyo Box…I ended up choosing the guys there because they offered the removal + storage of all my belongings which removes the hassle of organising my stuff at location B. This ended up being the most efficient and no-hassle move I’ve ever done!I couldn’t thank the guys more. They were awesome, super polite and were in and out in less than an hour.If you are going away on holidays or need your stuff stored for a certain amount of time, definitely give Yoyo Box and call and they will sort you out.
