Our company recently hired ComClean to perform regular cleaning of our offices and laboratory. They have been very professional from the first inquiry and we are very happy with the standard of their work. The carpets and vinyl floors in the lab have not looked this good for so long.

Worst company to deal with . Constantly poor cleaning standards. Lack of communication. No respond to complaints. The owner of the company is in Brisbane. No one to handle any complaints in Melbourne. Zero customer service zero supervision. Had to wait until Wednesday to rectify all the issues we had because owner had to come down from Brisbane. No actions were taken until Wednesday. Spoke to the cleaner, he said they are getting under paid....Ripp off

Do not bother, using this service.This company required payment up front, provided a quote and scope of works.Cleaners arrived with no broom and a broken steam cleaner, so could not properly carry out the job, which left the owners doing some of the work themselves.The owners left to move things to the other factory and informed the cleaners they would be back in an hour, upon their return the cleaners just left and didnt either carry out the work to a reasonable standard or didnr did the work in the quote at all.The owner was left no choice but to call in more cleaners they only finished at 11pm, when the comclean cleaners had arrive at 10am.The owners called comclean and were brushed off, with the fact the work had been signed off, which is impossible given the owners were not on site when the cleaners left.Simply a waste of money and time, putting a 10k bond in jeopardy and adding stress to a factory move.
