I recommend avoiding this company and going with a reputable storage facility. I booked a 1.2m x 2.5m unit and received one far smaller, and the entire unit was a pitched roof which rendered the unit unusable (save for approximately 30cm). See the photos.The facility is also run down, and floors and ceilings appear water ridden/damp. I would not recommend storing anything important here.

I had to wait 30 minutes for the truck I booked to turn up.I returned the truck and it was checked by receptionist, who then filled in form online and told me all was ok and I would receive my bond in full. The truck I returned was taken immediately by another customer.I DID NOT RECEIVE MY BOND IN FULL and when I rang to ask why I was told they couldn't find a reason on the computer and I would have to call the booking manager on Monday as weekend staff cannot do anything with accounts.National Truck Rental STOLE MY MONEY WITHOUT EXPLANATION!DO NOT TRUST A COMPANY THAT STEALS A BOND WITHOUT A REASON

The NEW manager Nikki, is an exceptionally helpful person, she works hard to make life a lot easier, when it comes to storage. Their facilities are fabulous, clean, secure & with 24/7 access if required. Thanks for the last 7 years of trouble-free storage!!!

The lady behind the counter at Gladesville national storage was greatPolite helpful and took the time to look for my package very thoroughly and explained everything to me regarding my missing parcelUnfortunately the woman I spoke to in the call centre not only lied to me about confirming that my parcel was there as reported by the lady at Gladesville but when questioned why she had told me she spoke to the woman at Gladesville and wasted my time and 2 uber bills she then dismissed it as though it was nothingLazy incompetent and rude

We have used this storage facility for 9 months and it was great! Nothing went moldy. They have rodent and cockroach traps around the place too. The facility is easy to use and access. Highly recommend!

Nikki at National Storage was so helpful and accommodating! She helped me find the perfect unit, reserved it for me while I waited for my stuff to arrive from overseas, received it for me and even unpacked it into my unit - what service! I have happily signed up for an extended contract and really appreciate having storage just a few minutes drive from my home. And I love being greeted with a lovely warm smile every time I visit National Storage :) Thanks Nikki and National Storage!

I stored here in the 2000s and now have a storage unit here again. Antonia who runs this business does a great job. She is patient and understanding even when things don’t always go right and she is stressed. Every business will have some problems from time to time but National Storage at Gladesville is my pick for storage.

The location of National Storage Gladesville is very convenient, the facilities are well maintained and access is easy.Nikki at National Storage Gladesville was fantastic. She made the process of obtaining storage simple, when I found I required storage as a matter of urgency.Nikki was also very informative regarding removalists.I can't thank Nikki enough for her assistance.
