Ill give zero star if I can.We booked an appointment because we received a message that my son's result is back and we should make an appointmentWe called the clinic made an appointment. On the phone call the receptionist did not even tell us that they will charge my 1yr old son because our appointment is public holiday.We could have book an appointment on the other dayS if only we are told there is a payment for 1yr old!Seriously there are better clinic around the area, who can serve better service than this clinic, dont come here.

The staff and manager are so rude.They didn't allow me to see the doctor. I didn't go to work because of this appointment. I was waiting for one hour to see the doctor. The appointment was important, because I have a liver problem.It's disappointing which Craigieburn doesn't have a medical that community can see the doctor with Medicare. It's a shame.

I attended the Medical and dental centre on 19/4/23 and I am extremely happy with the services provided to me. The environment was conducive and especially the Aged Care nurse, Amret was too friendly, helpful and very professional. She is knowledgeable and makes the patient to feel at ease and comfortable. I wish all other nurses were as professional and diligent as she is.

Wasted 2 days for a physio appointment at this clinic. First, I was booked for a care plan when I clearly stated that I need a physio appointment. Then they booked me for the next day. So I went back today, checked in for my appointment and got told to wait. An hour passed and the physio saw 2 patients who came after me. Turns out I WASN'T CHECKED IN by the receptionist. I was told to wait again. Guess what, still didn't get seen. I had to leave as I was already feeling dizzy since I haven't eaten and they were still asking me to wait when I have been there for 1.5 hrs already! What a total waste of time!

Everyone at the clinic is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The lady who handles the front desk is really kind and patient, and she walks you through the entire process before and after. I could see nothing wrong with their care and focus!

Booked my little daughter for telehealth appointment, doctor never rang and when i called, the receptionist said she is not eligible for telehealth and also lied that someone tried to contact me and my phone was with me at all times. Never going back there and do not recommend!

First time to meet Amrit and she is very accommodating, professional and easy to relate to. She has taken out my worry of being told off regarding my health condition. It's very comfortable to talk with her. She explained everything i need to know with regards to care plan. Dr. Saprid is very caring and amazing GP. He's one of the best GP I've ever met.

Have only just started coming here and oh my goodness, finally some reception staff in a medical centre who are actually happy to speak to you and can smile - what a breathe of fresh air they are both in person and over the phone! And Dr Rashid, oh my, she is absolutely phenomenal! First start to finish, she is so thorough, caring, patient and not once do you ever feel rushed out of your appointment - obsessed with her! Amazing all round!

I have start coming to see doctors here, today met a helpful nurse Amrit for first time and she was so kind and feels my pain well.The waiting time is so long to see doctors and not enough time to chat with doctors.
