Domino’s Pizza Glenorchy
I usually pickup pizza from this store because it’s near to my house. But from last three times, I am totally disappointed with the quality. It was visible from the pizza that they didn’t put enough cheese. Only veggies on pizza sauce with minimum cheese in the centre only. It was not even baked properly as its taste was not proper. Whenever I order from its store in Rosny Park, it is far better than this but its too far from my place.

Eating Dominos pizza again reminded me why I decided to avoid them years ago.They get 2 stars for speed and being open on a public holiday when most places were closed, but no love from me because:-Their ingredients are poor quality and the food as a result doesn’t taste niceor sit well.-The food is overpriced, given the quality-The (very young) staff look unhappy-The whole experience is cold-They advertise one price and charge another (I was told “$15 surcharge on a public holiday,” but she meant 15%.)-General lack of transparent pricing in the otherwise nicely-designed menus.Corporate chains like this one don’t deserve to profit off making us sick with substandard food. Support your local small business instead and receive a pleasant experience and tasty food in return.

A Three Meats New Yorker sounded very appealing for a late night snack so one was ordered in store along with a $5.00 pack of Oven Baked Chips. The pizza was large and tasty but much of the perimeter was bare of topping raising the question as to whether the additional cost for the larger size was good value for money.As to the chips, I was quite disappointed at the quantity provided. We observed person remove prep area grate then scoop a handful of DREGS and throw on someones pizza??? Air-conditioning filthy, flies,. 2 doors open, bugs, OLD FOOD on store floor. Glenorchy Health Department should be notified. ... more photos on file

Surprisingly good. They remade my pizza because it had a bubble, on their own initiative. Both pizzas were really well made. Will order again. I used to work for Domino's years ago, and although the pizzas have changed, these were well made. Two female staff very professional. Only mentioning gender in the hope it helps them receive the praise they are due.

Placed an order at 5.47. Received my order about 2 hours later or more. The staff were very understanding and clearly under immense pressure due to understaffing. Our pizza was cold, the late delivery meant my children got to bed late on a school night. This is totally unacceptable. Management need to review their staffing to ensure these kinds of problems don't happen in future. I am appalled at the service I received on this occasion. I am sure the staff will receive the brunt of unhappy customers this evening despite doing their best, leaving a sour taste in everyone's mouth.
