Was offered great knowledge surrounding the Numatic Henry vacuum cleaner and was able to purchase all of the replacement parts my vac required. Was very impressed with the level of service and will quite happily recommend.

A very knowledgeable team, Tony was outstanding and knows his vacuums inside out. Tony provided customer service above and beyond anything I have experienced to date, his knowledge of the Numatic George was outstanding and stripped down the pump fitting for me to clean it after it travelled by sea from Scotland and ended up rusted. It now works like a charm, he even put on a new Australian plug removing the UK plug which was just fantastic, it was very reasonable costs too.Highly recommended!!
