Sarina Russo Institute

Honestly the absolute worst institute I've been a part of. Firstly I was not told that my course started until I was expected to submit an assessment. Secondly, the teachers are useless it took mine over 1 month just to mark 1 assessment, which meant I was doing nothing for a month. Also their correspondence is terrible, it takes them at least a week to respond if you need help, but if they're trying to get something from you then they reply asap. I waited an entire month of me emailing them every week before they responded and didn't even answer my questions anyway. Oh and should I mention that they are quite rude on the phone and refuse to take any blame even when they are at fault? Do not ever go here, you will regret it as all the 5 star reviews are just bots or workers there.

Sarina Russo Institute is the first school in Brisbane that I have seen real lecturers and they literally teach something to the students. I study Network Engineering so I don't have experience with General English courses but I honestly can say that they are doing a great job. Of course courses are a little bit intense but they make you learn and have a job in the end. I am very happy to be here and being part of the Sarina Russo Institute. I also recommend everyone who genuinely wants to learn and have a job in the field.

While briefly studying at Sarina I was able to improve my English while successively progressing through the competency levels. Based on my time at Sarina I could only wish they could have proposed more additional activities, engaging new comer student.

This school should be the worst school in Brisbane. Will only defraud the student’s money.The learning experience is very bad, the school will make your attendance rate problem, some teachers are very unfriendly, will discriminate against you, do not recommend learning.Also they Will push responsibility to students

Its nice and great to studying in this institution, the teachers are very welcoming and easy to approach. they will support you in every aspect of learning that you need. this institution also support its students in finding job which helps me a lot. I would totally recommend this institution to my friends who wants to study here in Australia.

Completing Community Services course, the trainer (Manvi) is appalling. Throughout her recorded assessment videos, she is eating, sniffing (repeatedly), repeats herself ( it appears her English is so poor she struggles with words), clearly reads from her suggested answer text and struggles with more than 50% of the words pronunciation.I received a phone call a while back in relation to feedback for the trainer and the overall course feedback, the lady said she would put forward my issues and someone would be in contact with me, no one has ever called or followed up. I find myself doing double the research, simply to avoid the recordings. Literally doing half the teachers work and paying full fees.

Absolutely the worst education group ever. Less than poor communicators and staff do not know their processes. High staff churn rate. Steer clear of these people at all costs. There are definitely better educators out there than this group. The google reviews that are for the majority of their group, are extremely low. That says everything.

I'm a domestic student at SRI for 2 years (certificate 3 and diploma of Community services).All of my trainers are absolutely experienced in the fields. I knew how to manage properly at the workplace. It would help to find out my previous career with SRI.It's an awesome!
