The service was fantastic, and they could not have been more helpful to me. All my furniture was stored for 8 months and when delivered every piece of furniture was assembled. Could not have asked for more service. Can highly recommend Beatties to anyone looking for furniture and bedding. Prices are very competitive.

I kept hearing of unpleasant staff however on two previous occasions I purchased items from Michael and had great service and quick free delivery.On this purchase a dining room setting I believed it was not the item ordered when delivered.Michael came to my house and arranged collection on the following Monday. Be that it was placed on consignment or I exchanged it for another item that did suit the location.I received a phone call on Sunday saying his business partner" had refused to take it backSo with that the " business partner" has done them out of my future purchases as now I will join the " mob" and travel to either Macksville or Coffs to furnish the rest of my home."
