Very happy with the experience here.Had an awful experience on my last service with Total Nissan last year and was procrastinating finding a new place to take my car, but saw a lot of positive feedback for Autbahn Vic Park and I can see why.Blake at the counter was excellent, friendly and clearly knowledgeable. I have a lot of confidence that he offers good, honest advice and the car was immaculate when I picked it up.Price for a standard service is very reasonable aswell (Nissan 370Z).Will definitely take my car back here. Pleased to say I’ve found my new mechanic!!

I am very pleased of their excellent customer service! Both of my car's headlights were off last night so I called this morning to see if the team can have a look. Blake and team were kind enough to be able to squeeze my car in eventhough they're fully booked. (I probably sounded and looked a bit panick). I have prepared myself to wait with no estimated finished time, but in less than 20 minutes my car was ready!! So now I don't need to use the high beam lights again tonight! Thank you again Blake and team!!

This is the first time I have taken my car to anyone other than VW, based on a recommendation from another business. I was really happy with the service, repair and communication. The team found some significant issues that I had not expected. They took the time to explain the issues, especially which ones were safety issues and which ones were to just keep an eye on. They put in every effort to get my car back to me in a timely fashion. Highly recommend them!

10 minutes or less to fix the flat tyre and fit back. Service was the fastest ever I have seen. The staff who attained my queries was so helpful and friendly. I would suggest anyone for recommending them without doubt.

Had a full service done and Blake at the front desk explained so well what needed to be done and the varying urgency of each matter. I felt they were very honest about what needed doing, future concerns, and what was still good. I didn't feel pushed or pressured to have work done that I didn't feel necessary, which was appreciated. Will definitely be back for my next service.

I just got my car serviced at Autobahn in Vic Park and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team also fixed a bunch of things I’d flagged as needing attention including the steering wheel, electrics, and keys. The price was good value and the customer service was brilliant (Blake is a star!). They talked me through everything, got it all done within the day and sent me home with a clean car. I had my car serviced here yesterday for the first time and I'm so happy I did. I don't know much about cars but Blake took the time to tell me what was wrong with my car and explain it in a way that made sense to me. When you collect your car he talks through the invoice, ensures you're happy with everything and recommends what to keep an eye on in the future. Outstanding service and communication! I will definitely be making this place my regular mechanic.
