The cake tastes like stay in the windows at least 3days. The strawberry shrinked like a stone. Very unhappy, you lost a loyal customer

We did an order at lunchtime and the cashier tried to short change us $10 on a $23 order. The food is always top notch, but this particular interaction has left a sour taste in our mouths. Will change review if service returns to it's previous standard.

Ordered online a Toblerone Cheesecake Layered Cake that clearly states that it serves 12 people. Got to the pick up date to collect, the cake is TINY. I ask the girl serving why it was so small and how was I meant to get 12 slices, to serve my guests that day... her response was 'Oh well, we usually cut 8 slices. Swapped cakes out that day

Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse in Knox City Shopping Centre isn't a bad bake house at all, the Pies and other Pastries are pretty nice, it's not my first choice when thinking of a good Bakehouse, but it does the trick pretty good, the coffee is also pretty good, I Recommend Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse but not Highly.

Poor customer service. When I ordered coffees and muffin, I got one coffee then had to remind staff 10 minutes later we hadn't received 2nd coffee or cake. Blueberry muffin was tasteless and more like a stale scone.The people at next table got more attention as they were looking ate cakes to order.We definitely won't be coming back .2 coffees and 1 muffin was really overpriced for what it was.

I ordered a Sprinkle Vegan Cake for my sister's birthday party and everyone really enjoyed it. It tastes sweet and looks colourful and fun. This cake can cater to many different people (e.g. vegans, the lactose intolerant...).

Twice bad experiences, first time the coffee was overflowed and the male staff saw it, he didn't give me the tissue or clean it just serve the next customer. Second time, the manager I guess he is, I have collected 5 coffees and the 6th coffee is free, however he told me that if I want the free one that is small size not medium what I ordered. It is not my first time to redeem the free coffee. First time to hear that and I have checked their website, NEVER SAY THE 6th COFFEE IS SMALL SIZE. Absolutely, he have losed my business from now.
