I bet the nannys and sitters are probably lovely, Just unfortunante that the staff that answer the phones are the rudest people and sound like they don't want to be there. If I could give them half a star I would.

I couldn't be happier with the service of Abracadabra Childcare Services. It was a long weekend in Horsham and all of their usual sitters were busy. They went above and beyond to attain us a sitter and Kiara the sitter was lovely, the kids had a good time and all went well.

Rude director, Sandy is just awful. Their nannies are frequently unqualified and have no idea on regulations, procedures and laws.
