Floral Hub

The flowers we’ve ordered was not to specification. I ordered white, cream roses with green leaves, the florist added red roses. The wreath I ordered was $165, it’s a RIP OFF! The wreath delivered was small and did not look like it’s worth $165. Very disappointed and would never recommend this florist to anyone. If I can I would rated no stars.

So happy with using Floral hub, I needed for the flowers I ordered to be delivered by a certain time for a funeral and they made sure they were there before the funeral started. The flowers were absolutely beautiful.

Ordered flowers with a vase included, spent $125. The flowers which arrived looked like a supermarket bunch completely different to the photo, and no vase.Was told that they matched the photo but the vase being included was an error and offered to refund $20. Avoid, another scam company.

This was the first time I have ordered flowers from Flower Hub and I was impressed by the range and price point. Not only that, but the flowers were shipped AND delivered about 1 hour after ordering, with tracking details emailed and texted. I have never experienced such speedy service! Google stated in store shopping and when I rocked up the place was no where to be found. Called the number and no answer.

Huge disappointment with the flowers i bought. Ordered large pink orchid but a white and purple orchid came instead. Photo shown on website is def a huge scam and i paid $161 for this with $25 upsize. Sent an email and gave them a call only to be turned down with no solution will be given on call, everything will be by email. So i waited. And Sam got back to me and told me to ask the receipient to see if the flower is purple or pink because there's only pink and white orchid. Sam def need some googling going on. While to everyone else i shown the photo to is purple . And i am the receipient by the way. Told them to take the flower back as i am expecting a pink flower. Not this. And not a flower which is not bloom. I told them that i would like a refund and cancel my order if there is no similiar flower. But i guess this has been ignored as well. They just wanna keep the money, be rude to customer and ignore customer's satisfaction. Large is not large at all. Pink is not pink at all. Side by side photos to show everyone whats the expectation and reality. You know which florist to avoid now. If i could give zero star, i would.

i was so very happy with the service I ordered in the morning & my flowers arrived to my daughter only a couple of hours later thank you .

i ordered Australian native flowers and they were terrible. I logged a compliant and no response. Don't use these guys. If i could give NO stars I would.

I am so impressed with not only the flowers but the quick delivery.Thank you as my biological mother is in hospital & l just wanted something lovely for her to look at as she loves flowers.
