Went to the store on Saturday. Was lied to by the staff telling me they were out of gas. On Sunday I visited the store to look at things and saw they do have gas. I told the manager and he said he would hear from the female staff member that lied. I voiced my opinion upon which the manager made an snyde and inappropriate remark. He said it is only a gad bottle. What about my function where I needed just a gas bittle. I will not support the shop again

Received really fantastic customer service from Liam today when we bought a Ziggy BBQ. Liam was very knowledgeable and helpful. As small business owners ourselves, it's obvious that Liam is definitely an asset to this store.

Had a little peak into the shop yesterday for some potential new toys.Was pleasantly greeted by a staff member, unfortunately I didn't catch her name but the older lady with a warm smile was more than happy to help with anything I needed. Was knowledgeable and happy to help with any questions I had.Highly recommend this place for anyone to have a look through and the prices were pretty decent. Very personable staff.I will be back for any other smoking or BBQ needs!
